About this geometric pattern coloring page
A Christmas tree set in a pointed stained glass window, framed by a wall of stone blocks. The window has a jeweled border of small panes, each holding a round glass bead, and a stone sill along the bottom. Inside, every part of the scene is broken into irregular panes, just like real leaded glass: the night sky, the rolling snowy hills, each of the four scalloped tiers of the tree and the glowing halo behind its star. Round ornaments hang from the branches and little snow stars float in the sky. Because the lead lines are bold and every pane is closed, this page fills cleanly with a tap online and prints with crisp edges. With 319 regions it is a detailed page for adults, a good match for jewel-toned markers or for practicing smooth color blends from pane to pane.

Coloring tips
Treat each area as one family of colors and vary it pane by pane: deep blues and violets in the sky, three or four greens in the tree, pale blue-whites in the snow. Make the star and its halo golden yellow, and give the border beads alternating ruby and emerald. Leaving the stone wall in soft greys keeps the glass looking bright.
