Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026.
colorpaint is a free coloring website. We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what happens when you use it.
No accounts
You do not need to sign up, and we do not ask for your name or email to color.
Your coloring stays on your device
When you color a page, your progress and recently used colors are saved in your browser's local storage so you can come back later. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for colorpaint.app in your browser settings. Downloads and prints are created entirely in your browser.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page speed. It is cookieless, does not track you across websites and does not build a profile of you. Our site is also served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Cookies today
colorpaint does not currently set any cookies of its own, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used on the site today. The only data we store in your browser is the local-storage coloring progress described above. Cloudflare, which delivers the site, may occasionally set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated bot.
Advertising
colorpaint does not show ads today. We plan to support the free site with display advertising, most likely through Google AdSense. This section explains how that advertising will work once it is switched on, and we will update the "Last updated" date above when it is.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (also available at www.google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
- If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your browsing.
To learn more, see how Google uses cookies in advertising and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. If other ad networks or vendors serve ads on colorpaint, we will name them here with links to their sites and their opt-out options.
Your consent and choices
Because colorpaint does not use advertising or tracking cookies today, there is nothing to consent to yet. Before any advertising cookies are used:
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be shown a consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform, and personalized ads will only be served if you agree. You will be able to change or withdraw your choice at any time from a link on the site.
- Where you do not consent, or where the law requires it, Google may serve non-personalized ads, which do not use your past browsing to choose ads but may still use cookies for frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.
- Wherever you are, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and use the opt-out links above. Blocking cookies will not stop the coloring tool from working.
We may also add Google Analytics in the future. If we do, we will describe it here and ask for consent where required before it runs.
Children
colorpaint is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
