Coloring tips

Fill the corner fans and the spoke ring with a very dark color, such as charcoal or deep navy, so the arches glow like lit glass. Then use jewel tones of ruby, sapphire, emerald and amber inside the arches. Gradients in the keyholes, from bright at the top to darker at the bottom, add a convincing glow.
