About this mandala coloring page
Designed for winding down, this mandala uses only soft, rounded shapes and slightly heavier lines, with no sharp points anywhere. A small flower sits at the center, wrapped in a ring of rounded petals, a band of scallops, twenty broad petals and a gentle ring of dots. There are 132 regions in tenfold symmetry, enough to keep your hands busy for forty-five minutes or so without ever feeling demanding. Repetitive coloring of predictable shapes is a common way people unwind, and this page leans into that: once you pick a rhythm, you can let your mind settle while the colors build up ring by ring.

Coloring tips
Choose a limited palette of three or four calm colors, like sea glass greens or soft lavender, and repeat them slowly. Try coloring in time with your breathing, one petal per breath. There is no wrong answer here; if you dislike a color, the undo button and the eraser make any change painless.
